Amar Marwaha – 21st September 2011
Round 2
Only two days have passed and I already have enough knowledge to fill a preverbal warehouse. The teaching so far has included comedy improvisation and an introduction to Buddhism. We have even learned how to learn. It”s weird how no other educational institutes I have been to, have taught me this even though this is the most vital skill to learning. One of the most important lessons we have had the pleasure of being taught to us, was how to carry your self, not only in SCA 2.0 but also in the advertising industry and within life. You might be thinking I am a Neanderthal knuckle dragging butt face who does not even know how to behave like a human being. I hope the answer is no as Mark and his team have brought to my attention facts that I have never considered.
One example is that you are being judged all the time, it’s like a boxing match where you must protect yourselves all the time and we were told how one miss hap can lead to you kissing canvas. We even looked at the Set Effect which shows how predictable we can become. If we act in this way our punches can be seen from a mile off and to use yet another boxing comparison you must know your competitions next planned punches as well as your own to stay relevant. On behalf of all my classmates I would like to thank SCA 2.0 for all the help we have had and will have and that we look forward to the forthcoming journey.
