Unit Purpose and Aims

The purpose of this unit is to;

In this unit learners will discover what the distinct roles within a company tend to be and what they are responsible for so that they can identify their role within their own company once it is running.

Learning Outcomes

Learners will;

1.  Understand how to define the role of Ideapreneur in a newly started company.

Learners can;

1.1. Identify the different roles within a start-up company

1.2  Demonstrate evidence that they have defined their role as an Ideapreneur

1.3 Produce a personal profile that clearly shows to outsiders the role and responsibilities of the Ideapreneur in the company

1.4 Identify the position of the Ideapreneur in the corporate structure relative to others
