How does it work?

The delivery plan for Creative Mastery has been designed to offer huge benefits for the learner and for the employer.

Everyone – copywriters, art directors, creative technologists and planners – learns together in our virtual studio, where we aim to simulate a real-world working environment. We describe it as a bit like a mash-up of Zoom and Minecraft.

Every learner gets their own FREE VR headset which will get them access to the world’s leading ad school, wherever they are located.

The first couple of months are fairly intense, but on average over the 24 months each apprentice spends about four hours a week, in class wearing their headset.

They can put it on to chat to one of our faculty to ask for help anytime during working hours.

By month two of Creative Mastery, your employee will have learned how to find commercial opportunities and how to write inspirational creative briefs.

They are scheduled to work on 16 briefs during Creative Mastery and these are usually opportunities that they have found for their employer or a client.

You always have the opportunity to sign-off these briefs — or ask your employee to work on a paid client brief during any of the cycles.

Your employee will also be challenged to present tactical and topical opportunities for you all the way through Creative Mastery.

The next enrolment dates are March 2024, May 2024 and then September 2024.

How much does it cost?

  • If your company pays an Apprenticeship Levy Then you won’t need to pay us a penny. All our apprenticeships are fully funded by the Apprenticeship Levy, meaning employers don’t need to invest any additional training budget.
  • If your company doesn't pay an Apprenticeship Levy You can still benefit by sending people on our course with 95% discount. Our course has been banded at £17k, and the government will pay the majority leaving you with 5% to pay.
