Ways to Reignite Creativity

Find A Source Of Inspiration
Finding inspiration may help to spark your creativity. Visit art galleries, watch a movie, read an article, watch a documentary, read a new book—do anything that makes you feel inspired afterwards to keep yourself motivated. Explore campaigns that current and past SCA students have created to inspire you to take your creativity to new heights.

Brain Dump
You can’t think creatively if you’re overloaded with tasks to complete, nervous thoughts, and everything else dragging you down. Fill a notepad with all of your ideas without any filters to empty out the mental clutter.

Practice Gratitude
Make it a practice to write a thankfulness list every day. People’s moods have been demonstrated to improve when they are reminded of their blessings, and a higher mood translates to a better mental state for creativity.

Surround yourself with likeminded creative people
You may have a group of people to bounce ideas off of, work through problems that only creatives encounter, and form a relationship with by surrounding yourself with creative people.
