Champions aren’t made in the gym
“Champions aren’t made in gyms.
Champions are made from something they have deep inside them – a desire, a dream, a vision.
They have to have the skill, and the will.
But the will must be stronger than the skill.”
This quote stand on a Muhammad Ali’s poster beside my bed, is the first thing that i read in the morning.
The morning and everything that happen before school is one of my moment of true distraction, while i prepare myself to be productive.
My alarm clock – ringing bells – 7am every morning, I get up, breakfast or shower first – I like to change the sequences.
For breakfast I like to change every few days, from a chocolate cake to a full English, from salmon to porridge.
I get dressed and I’m out.
I Walk to my Vespa or to The underground, depends.
Lately I’m enjoying the underground as i have the chance to see and hear different people, and how they interact – i know, is awkward.
After my shower I stop to listen to music, i want to be immersed in the noise of the underground and i love how This interact with my thoughts.
I arrive at school, my meal in The fridge, notepad and computer on the desk,
third coffe, headphones on…
and
I can’t really tell how I spend the day, I just know that I can’t wake up till the next morning, is like entering a beautiful trance status.
Is exhausting but I’ve never done something so satisfying.
