Make it Great

This really was an overwhelming week.

We met a lot of new people, seen a lot of unfamiliar places, heard a lot of great things, were introduced to our monkey, made special mug or bowls with tits, walked offices were all are dreaming to be part of and in the end we finished it with a pint.

Even though all of this happened I am everyday thinking about words on slides Marc were explaining us on the first day. Words that, if we take them seriously, will take us to the ad land and will make our SCA agency successful.

GREAT WORK + GREAT REPUTATION

It looks like a simple objective to add on our goal pyramid (thanks Ben the Budhist) but I am sure that every one of us finds himself harder to achieve one of two.

For me, that is reputation. Back at home I had reputation and I knew how to make it grow. But to be honest I am scared of finding reputation here for we all have different approaches towards relationships and presenting ourselfs in public.

Marc gave us some great advices about how we should behave and expose ourselfs. But still – exposing in group we everybody is awesome? What about if you are a shy person? I would be happy if great work would do the trick, but I guess it doesn’t.

I those ‘great work’ and ‘great reputation’ as a couple. They belong together and if you are missing one of those, you should find the other one. Than make them have kids and enjoy your success!
