Make sure you penetrate your clients communication strategies in more ways than just ATL advertising

Look at what the big global players are doing with their business, they are slow moving giants. Big in value and turnover, small, or not even existent in using opportunities. Identify what their operations’ key features are and see how you can make them better. An advertising agency has to move into other areas, such as creative consulting for their clients, to make sure the relationship has the best possible outcome. BBH, BBDO and other large global players in the advertising business already have departments fully devoted to spotting new trends for making their clients business more effective and productive. They understand that communication happens in a lot of different ways, being an attractive, fast moving and sexy company is one of them.
